Why does the 26dB (black) filter included with MOTO fit differently in the earplug?
This is a full block filter that doesn’t have an attenuation component. It's been engineered to block as much sound as possible and therefore fits over top the edge of the earplug slightly.
Is there a difference between MUSIC & MOTO?
Yes, the difference between MUSIC & MOTO are the color of the earplugs. The filter technology and earplug shape are the same in both MUSIC & MOTO.

Why is wind noise still loud in my helmet?

They hurt after riding — am I wearing them wrong?
Possibly. With helmets, less insertion is often more comfortable. Inserting MOTO earplugs too deeply can create pressure once your helmet is on. Try inserting them slightly shallower and adjusting the earplug size if needed. Be sure you are following
